No. Our terms state that each person can hold only one active account. If we find duplicate accounts, we will close all but one and may block future registrations. Duplicate accounts are grounds for immediate suspension.

You can reset your password using the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. We will send a reset link to your registered email. For security, you cannot reset your password via phone or chat; email is the only method.

No. Deposits are final once processed. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits clear instantly and cannot be reversed. If you deposited by mistake, contact support immediately; we can investigate, but refunds are not automatic.

Withdrawals undergo verification to confirm your identity and prevent fraud. Once verified, most withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and bank accounts clear within 1–2 business hours. QRIS transfers may take up to 4 hours.

If you believe a transaction on your account is incorrect or unauthorised, contact support within 30 days. We will review your account history, payment logs and device information, then respond within 5 working days with our findings and any corrective action.
